When Su Developments was looking for an experienced installer for their subsequent project in Bellevue, Highrise Glass was recommended by Morrison Hershfield based on their experience with our work.
Su development is dedicated to implementing new technologies and architectural excellence. Their relatively new window system is modern and eye catching with sharp angles and one of a kind decorative fixtures. Their engineers consulted with Highrise Glass’ expert installers looking for valuable insights from a point of view that only comes from decades of hands on experience.
As this was our first project in Washington, we first made sure our crew was up to date with state specific safety certificates and training. Due to the nature of the installation, many different installing procedures were used. Windows were installed by hand where possible, and with powered suction cups attached to a glazing robot or to the tower crane where needed.
We were proud to be part of the design process that ultimately brought an increase in functionality, performance, and flow of install to their window system.
Highrise Glass’ strengths has always been its strong relationship with its clients.
Following this tradition, the process of co-designing built a firm relationship with Su Developments that continues to grow.
